(= means "means")
(The Krazy Krew's Studios is a sole proprietorship company that shall be referred to as "The Krazy Krew's Studios" & "TKKS" in this policy.)
("Steal" = Download, repost, share, resell, advertise, alter, rework, or otherwise redistribute without explicit approval or endorsement from TKKS)
("Unpermitted" = Lacking explicit approval or endorsement from TKKS)
("User" = Third-party consumers, customers, people, & you)
("Official" = Created by TKKS)
("Fan content" = Derivative works of TKKS created by users)

The TKKS logo, TKKS franchises, & all related elements thereof are a trademark of The Krazy Krew's Studios.
The TKKS franchises are property of their respective owners. 

TKKS has the right but not obligation to pursue legal action againt any users that:
1. Steal the TKKS logo or any official derivatives thereof
2. Steal official animations, movies, cartoons, videos, or derivatives thereof
3. Steal official artistic works
4. Create fan content without having properly & formally accredited & given attribution to TKKS
5. Create fan content that fails to abide by the TKKS Fanart Guidelines
6. Steal elements of TKKS franchises
7. Unpermittedly access or steal official TKKS source code (including but not limited to HTML, CSS, & Javascript)
