TKKS Fanart Guidelines


These guidelines will tell you what you can & cannot do when you create TKKS fanart.
These guidelines do not apply exclusively to TKKS fanart- they apply to all TKKS fan content & material, including but not limited to animations & music.
Failure to abide by these guidelines will result in an automatic violation of the TKKS Copyright Policy which will lead to legal action being taken by TKKS.




When creating TKKS fan content & material, you MUST:

1. Formally credit & give attribution to TKKS if you publish it anywhere (social media, discussion boards, public art galleries, etc.)
2. Include this fine print in the attribution: "This content is a derivative of material created by The Krazy Krew's Studios. I do not own the rights to any franchises seen/heard in this fan content, nor do I own the franchises. All franchises & related elements seen/heard in this fan content are property & a trademark of The Krazy Krew's Studios."


When creating TKKS fan content & material, you MUST NOT:

1. Include the TKKS logo or any derivatives of it
2. Create any derivatives of the TKKS logo
3. Create any derivatives of logos of TKKS products
